How do I pause my subscription?

To pause your subscription, please follow the instructions below. Please note you can only pause on Monthly & Quarterly subscriptions, you cannot pause on a pre-paid subscription.

Please go to your account, select Subscriptions and your active subscription.

You will see a Cancel button at the bottom of this page.

Click Cancel; you will then be asked for a reason.

Please select 'I'm taking a study break'

You are then given option to pause for 7, 14, 21 days.

You can pause as many times as you like.
