How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription (from a computer):

Go to https://staysharp.global/ 

and login to My Account (top right of the screen)

Click Subscriptions and Edit.

Click on your subscription then and click on the Pause/Cancel Subscription.

You should then choose the Cancel Subscription

Please provide a cancellation reason and confirm the cancellation by clicking proceed.

To cancel your subscription (from your mobile):

Go to staysharp.global

Click on the burger menu/3 lines (top right of the screen)

Click on My Account (grey box usually at bottom of your screen) and login

Click Subscriptions and Edit.

Click on your subscription then and click on the Pause/Cancel Subscription.

You should then choose the Cancel Subscription

Please provide a cancellation reason and confirm the cancellation by clicking proceed.
