Can I pause my course subscription if I'm having financial difficulties?

Yes, you can pause your course subscription but you can only pause on the monthly and quarterly subscriptions. Please see instructions below on how to do this:

To pause your subscription:

Please go to your account, select Subscriptions and your active subscription.

You will see a Cancel button at the bottom of this page.

Click Cancel; you will then be asked for a reason.

Please select 'I'm taking a study break'

You are then given option to pause for 7, 14, 21 days.

You can pause as many times as you like.
