How do I receive a refund?

According to our Terms and Conditions, course fee refunds are only granted within 14 days of the course purchase.

In order to request a course refund, please contact our Support Team via support form or via email. 

To receive a refund, you would need to provide us with the email address your subscription is under so we can load up your account. Before a refund is approved the usage of the materials is checked, depending on how much or how little usage of the materials there is will depend on the outcome of the refund.
