How do I receive a refund?

According to our Terms and Conditions, course fee refunds are only granted within 14 days of the course purchase.

In order to request a course refund, please speak to our chat bot Sam, request to speak to a Human, then provide your name, email address the subscription is under and your query, this will then create a ticket for you.

Before a refund is approved the usage of the materials is checked, depending on how much or how little usage of the materials there is will depend on the outcome of the refund.
